Elias: Good Afternoon!
Ioanna: Hi Elias (giggle)
Elias: (chuckles)
Ioanna: It's wonderful to speak with you again.
Elias: And you also and what shall we discuss?
Ioanna: I guess I'll start off with some questions I have for other people. First, Opan and Malhai both send their greetings.
Elias: And you may offer my greetings also.
Ioanna: Okay, I will tell them. My first question is from my sister. Her husband died this August and since then she started a relationship, and also moved in with a younger man who worked for her and her husband before, and she wanted me to ask you if her husband is aware of what is going on?
Elias: No!
Ioanna: No, ok, so basically he's doing his own thing now?
Elias: In a manner of speaking, yes.
Ioanna: Is he... she also wanted to know what kind of experience he's creating?
Elias: Presently he continues to engage objective awareness and is generating imagery consistent with what he was creating prior to disengagement.
Ioanna: Oh, so he's still creating his lung cancer basically? Dealing with that type of thing?
Elias: No, but is creating objective imagery that is similar to what was known to him in this reality. Presently is not yet aware that he has disengaged.
Ioanna: Oh, ok. So this could go on for awhile?
Elias: Yes! This is not unusual. Many, many, many individuals subsequent to disengagement incorporate what you would associate as approximately two of your weeks, which is not experienced in that time, but what you would view as approximately two weeks is a time framework in which the individual is blinked out and is not aware of any reality. It is a blink.
Ioanna: A blink, ok...
Elias: Subsequent to that blink the individual regains or re-engages the objective awareness and generally speaking is not aware that they have disengaged. For they incorporate no memory of death. That gradually occurs to the individual after they have offered themselves many clues in differences in how their reality is being generated and how it appears to them, and they begin to notice differences, and they being to notice the lack of surprise. For they are generating all of the imagery and they are not actually directly engaging other individuals energy. Therefore the reality that they create begins to appear very predictable and that creates suspicion and questioning. They also begin to notice the changeability of their reality. That it is much more flexible. That they can imagine some expression and it suddenly materializes. Therefore they begin to question more for they begin noticing that they can change their reality instantaneously merely through the action of imagining a different expression, or a different reality, or a different location and it subsequently manifests. In this they also may experience what I have explained previously, figuratively speaking, as holes. They're not actual holes but it is a similar manifestation to a veil or a fabric in which, there are areas within the reality that they are creating objectively, that appear thinner, and they can penetrate and can actually manipulate their energy to incorporate a presence within your reality or they can receive energy from individuals that continue within your reality through these thinner areas of their reality, which also offers them clues.
Ioanna: I'm one of the few people that has been dreaming of him, my sister hasn't, am I just connecting with his energy in my dreams?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: He was agitated the last time. Is that because he may have been agitated within his experience?
Elias: Somewhat
Ioanna: Ok
Elias. Yes, for at times there may be experienced some confusion, or even at times some frustration. For there is almost an awareness of what they have generated and what they have chosen but not entirely. Eventually they do remember the choice of death and once remembering the choice of death they choose whether to be moving into transition, or whether to continue generating objective imagery, which many individuals do for a time framework, for it subsequently becomes a curiosity and a playful action.
Ioanna: So it is something they start to enjoy, perhaps?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Ok, and as far as her new relationship and her husband goes, is there any reason her husband would ever have an issue with that now that he has disengaged?
Elias: No!
Ioanna: Is this more her own beliefs?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Ok. I also wanted to ask for my partner... his dad died in February and he wanted to know to know if his dad has engaged transition yet?
Elias: Not yet.
Ioanna: Not yet... so he's continuing to create objective imagery as well?
Elias: Correct
Ioanna: Ok
Elias: In this remember, time is different. What you experience in your reality as six months the individual in that state may experience as 6 days or even 6 hours.
Ioanna: So at this point... I've heard of near death experiences where people meet saints or Jesus or whatever... his dad was Catholic... so at this point he hasn't even had a death experience, like some talk about, he still feels alive?
Elias: Yes, but there is a questioning.
Ioanna: There is, ok, because he was very afraid. He was fighting death even to the last moment. He was fighting it and I guess the family is a little concerned that he is having a hard time.
Elias: No!
Ioanna: No? Ok, that's great.
Elias: It is merely that the individual is beginning to question but it is not concerning to this individual. It is more of a curiosity.
Ioanna: Is he interacting with his family?
Elias: He can.
Ioanna: He does? I'm sorry I didn't hear you.
Elias: He can.
Ioanna: Oh, ok.
Elias: He has attempted and has been somewhat successful but is still experimenting.
Ioanna: Oh, ok. I will tell them. I have a couple more questions for other people before I go into mine. The first one is for Reese. He wanted to know if Sarah Bernhardt is a focus of his.
Elias: Counterpart
Ioanna: Counterpart. Ok and Paul wanted to know... The other day he was telling me about a focus you confirmed for him and the name started with "O" and just as he told me I heard the name "Orgon". Is that his focus?
Elias: Yes
Ioanna: Ok. I talked to a guy online a few times and he told me about a very interesting experience he had with two of his friends, where he believed that he was Jimi Hendrix, and his friend also believed that he was Jimi Hendrix and the other friend felt that he was Jimi Hendrix's son and they thought the whole experience was very weird because they didn't understand why that two of them would feel that they were Jimi Hendrix. Does one of them have a focus as Jimi Hendrix?
Elias: No
Ioanna: Both?
Elias: No!
Ioanna: No, ok. Are either of them observing essence?
Elias: No. This occurs many times with individuals and what they are mistranslating, in most situations, is that they have engaged other focuses with an individual and therefore feel a very strong familiarity and connection, and they misinterpret that connection as being a focus of themself, when in actuality what they are identifying is a strong familiarity in intimacy in other focuses with that individual
Ioanna: Oh, would both of them have known Jim Hendrix in another focus?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Ok, I'll let them know. Is my friend, Koen, Ilda/Milumet?

Ioanna: Ok, and um, could you give me his essence name?

Ioanna: Rigiel, ok, thank you. I have a question for Steven/Grenadier. He wanted to know if his daughter is Gramada/Milumet?

Elias: And the impression? (pause) Is an impression offered?

Ioanna: Political, ok. As you know you and I were going to talk several times but we've been rescheduled and in that time I was able to refine a lot of my own questions and actually get rid of a few. Is that why I was creating a delay, to become clearer?

The other day when we were going to talk, um, just as I was going to call you, we put the stereo on and the song, "Moonlight Sonata" was playing, and then I called and we had to reschedule, and the rest of the day I was getting Beethoven imagery everywhere... in emails, wherever I looked there was Beethoven imagery, and I wanted to know if Giulietta Guicciardi is a focus of mine? The student of Beethoven.
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Ok, and I've been exploring quite a few of our focuses but I didn't get them all like I said I would. (laughs)
Elias: Ha ha ha
Ioanna: But I do have a few to have you confirm. Awan had asked you about one in Italy... you had given me quite a few hints so I took the hints... she had already confirmed one where you were my grandfather and I wanted to know, is the other focus where you're my grandfather, is that in Norway?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: And in that focus, is your name, Varick?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: And is my focus named, Anika?
Elias: Correct
Ioanna: And in that focus is my father a focus of Malhai named, Hadrian?
Elias: Yes
Ioanna: And my mother in that focus, is a focus of my younger sister in this focus, and is her name, Inga?
Elias: Correct
Ioanna: Ok, great. Um, ok, here's another question that I've been putting off asking about, even though I've had these impressions pretty much since I first started getting into the forum. I keep connecting the novella, "Carmen" with a focus that you and I share and do the characters translate as... does the character, Don Jose translate as your focus and the gypsy, Carmen translate as my focus?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Ok, and the picador would that translate as a focus of, Elan?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Ok, let's see... another one for you and me... I'm kind of happy I was able to connect lately.

Ioanna: I have a focus, I get her name as Ambrosia and is in Greece around 750 b.c. and I get that you are my father, and you are a wealthy military man named, Athanasius?

Ioanna: to meet you and it was so real. I was wide awake but it was so real. I was speaking with you. Can you confirm that was real?

Ioanna: It was! You and I were laughing and we talked for a long time and at the pond you took the form of a dark haired king and you placed a golden crown on my head and I asked you why you took that form and you wouldn't tell me. You said it was part of my treasure hunt, which you had told me in a previous session that I was on a treasure hunt to find focuses of you, and in my vision I looked like a painting I have seen of my focus Isolde and I wondered... are you my husband King Mark in that focus?
Elias: No, BUT I do incorporate a focus in that focus.
Ioanna: Is it one known to me?
Elias: Yes
Ioanna: Will you give me a hint?
Elias: (Chuckles) An individual that presents a regal energy and views you as splendid.
Ioanna: Is viewed as what?
Elias: Splendid. Views YOU as splendid.
Ioanna: Sees me as splendid?
Elias: Yes
Ioanna: Oh! Oh my gosh, and I can't think of the name. Does his name begin with a "P"?
Elias: I shall express to you to investigate. Ha ha ha

{In another session it is confirmed by Elias that the focus of Elias who views my focus, Isolde, as splendid was the Saracen Knight, Sir Palamedes, who adored Isolde and fought Tristan (Elan) for her hand in marriage but lost.]
The next question... I have a lot of dreams in relation to what we call the "Dune Dimension" and I feel I have a few focuses there. Malhai and I both had impressions that the character, Chani, translates as a focus of mine?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: And does the character, Alia, the daughter of Muriel's focus, also translate as a focus of mine?
Elias: Yes. Yes.
Ioanna: Yes, ok and does my daughter in that focus translate as a focus of Awan.
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: And does the character, Duncan, translate as a focus of Opan?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Cool! Malhai and I had connected to a future focus that we share in "The City" together and I get the name Allesandra for my focus and Hector for his?
Elias: Correct
Ioanna: I was getting these images... like they're both artists but the kind of art they do is with trees. It's like they sculpt trees or something and I couldn't really understand what it meant but that's what they were showing me. They were real trees but they were sculpted almost the way we sculpt bonsai trees now but they were huge.
Elias: Correct
Ioanna: Ok so they're like nature artists?
Elias: In a manner of speaking, yes.
Ioanna: Oh cool! Is Arthur Wellesley, Duke of Wellington, a focus of Malhai? [The Duke was later confirmed as a focus of Tarmak]
Elias: Observing
Ioanna: He's observing? Is that lifetime too?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: And is Josephine Bonaparte a focus of Dale's?
Elias: Also observing.
Ioanna: Ok, um, when I met Malhai he and I were connecting to the Alexander focus and we both started having the same kind of visions. We both felt that Roxana was a focus of my essence but there is also some kind of fragmentation involved, so that she was only a focus of my essence until the point of his death. Is that true?
Elias: Yes and you are correct concerning the fragmentation.
Ioanna: Ok and he and I connected to a focus where he's a druid priest named Malachi and I am a druid priestess named, Erynn and we are performing rituals together. Was that around 1300 bc in the area of Wales?
Elias: That would be within the time framework of 13 a.d.
Ioanna: 1400?
Elias: No, 13 a.d.
Ioanna: Oh, 13 a.d.

Ioanna: He and I also connected to focuses in the Tahitian Islands. In that focus we get the name Malahai for him and for me Meilani?
Elias: Correct
Ioanna: In that focus, when I was viewing, I saw him sitting, I want to say a thrown but it wasn't like a big throne or anything. It was made of wood and straw. Was he like a chief or something?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Can you tell me what kind of relationship I had with him? From what I saw it was more of um... he was admiring me but not necessarily that we were lovers.
Elias: A daughter.
Ioanna: Are we fading out again?

Ioanna: A daughter, oh ok! Was this on the island of Bora Bora?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Malhai had an impression that I am the wife of his focus, Donatria?

Ioanna: Is her name, in translation, Seraphina?
Elias: Yes, that would be a translation.
Ioanna: He wanted to know if Sasuke Uchiha and Naruto are translations of his?
Elias: Yes
Ioanna: I had asked him how many focuses he felt he had in THIS dimension and at first he said, none but then I reminded him that he's in this dimension. Is that because he's an initiating focus that he didn't feel that he had any others but himself here?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: It is, ok. Is his actual number 330 in this dimension?
Elias: 333
Ioanna: Ooh I keep seeing that number everywhere too. (Elias chuckles) Are a lot of his focuses in this dimension what we would think of as aliens or on other planets?
Elias: Not necessarily but he does incorporate many, many, many in other dimensions.
Ioanna: Right, and this type of... what he likes to explore those um... I understand. There's certain types of dimensions he enjoys, right?
Elias: Yes! For that is very familiar.
Ioanna: He told me he had a dream that he was Johnny Depp and he wanted to know if Johnny Depp was a focus of his?
Elias: Counterpart
Ioanna: Counterpart and I have lots of dreams about Johnny Depp where I'm his girlfriend or lover and I really have no interest in the man [in that way] in physical life. [Although he is beautiful!] What are the dreams connected to?
Elias: It is associated with mystery
Ioanna: Oh! Mystery, interesting. Can you tell me how many focuses my son shares with Dale?
Elias: 22
Ioanna: 22, and how many do I share with Dale?

Elias: (chuckles) Partially and also partially a signal to be listening.

Ioanna: I keep getting very strong connections with Twylah. Is she the missing essence in the, what I call, my fragmentation tree? Is she one of the three that... I know I have two so far and I was looking for the third essence?
Elias: No. This would more be associated with generating a connection with that essence and allowing for somewhat of an exchange of energy which may be helpful to you.
Ioanna: Oh ok. Is that because she is the essence connected to Tumold and I connect to her easier than the others?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Do I have a focus that... I want to say... she wasn't exactly a Manson family member but she spent time with the Manson family. She wasn't involved in any of the murders or anything but she died of an overdose?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Opan would like to know if Reverend Dimsdale and Hester Prynne are translations of focuses we share?
Elias: No but I am understanding the connection in energy and the association.
Ioanna: Interesting, I created you fading out again.
Elias: Ha ha ha ha ha. My response is no, but there is an association of perceived energy.
Ioanna: Oh Elias this is so funny. You keep fading out. You know what I think I'll wait for the tape. (laughing)
Elias: Ha ha ha Very well!
Ioanna: I wasn't seeing any blue dots for a long time and I felt kind of cheated but lately I started seeing blue dots. Is that you?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Yes, and um, I created a little program for myself that I call, "Ask E" which is ask essence and the program has basically validated everything you validated today. Is this a tool that I'm using that's, um... I guess I want to say, is it accurate for me because my intention for it to be?
Elias: Yes and it is also a manner or a method in which you are experimenting with connecting with yourself and allowing yourself to trust the information that you offer to yourself.

With practicing I’m allowing myself to move from the one perception to the other more seamlessly. To me this is a brilliantly simple exercise to practice moving attention, to experience how moving attention alters perception, and to become more comfortable with unfamiliars." and then she says, "Please comment."
Elias: My comment is a validation and an encouragement to her in her allowance of herself to trust her ability and an encouragement of her to be continuing in her experimentation. For this is another action of shifting.
Ioanna: Ok, I will tell her that. I have a question for Dawn. She wanted to know if my focus that died a few years ago is the brother of a focus of hers and Ella/Bella, in Poland?
Elias: Yes!

Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: I think that pretty much covers just about everything. One thing that happened right after one of my last sessions was rescheduled was I had a woman contact me online. She found my website and then she wrote me and said she didn't want me to think she was a crazy woman or anything but she recently had a very vivid dream about a woman wearing a very intense purple outfit wielding a sword and the words, "Omar Sumari" kept coming up for her and she wanted to know if I had any clue what that was about. Is she someone who is associated with the Sumari family. Is that her essence family?
Elias: Yes!
Ioanna: Was the woman in the purple outfit wielding the sword, was that any connection to me at all?
Elias: It is the other individual but she does engage counterpart action with you.
Ioanna: Oh, so that's why she drew herself to me?
Elias: Yes
Ioanna: Is that a one way counterpart action.
Elias: No
Ioanna: It is?
Elias: No
Ioanna: Oh! No, so we both have counterpart action. I'll email her and let her know. I haven't really heard from her since then. Could you just give me her essence name?

Ioanna: It's very interesting that I keep fading out on certain things.

Ioanna: I have one last question for me. Since I scheduled my first session I started having a lot of dreams with you and after some of them I would wake up really agitated or upset, shaking sometimes. Can you tell me what that was about?
Elias: Frustration
Ioanna: Because I was wanting to talk to you?
Elias: But also were not allowing yourself that type of interaction. A recognition that you are connecting with myself but also generating a frustration in not actually acknowledging that whatever you are creating in not objectively interacting with myself is purposeful temporarily and that I am interactive with you regardless.
Ioanna: Right, and you are! I know sometimes in the beginning I would allow myself to feel you a lot. I would feel the tickles and the electrical activity, lights dimming, and that stuff still happens but sometimes now... I feel like sometimes I even block it somehow.
Elias: That is expressed in moments of your own frustration in which, as I've stated, you're not acknowledging what you ARE accomplishing. What you ARE connecting with. You are focused upon what you are not!
Ioanna: Thank you. That makes a lot of sense.
Elias: (chuckles)
Ioanna: I think I better get going now since Mary has her daughter coming over. I would keep you all day if I could.
Elias: Ha ha ha ha ha
